DATES

March-April Testing:

To sit for the VTNE for the March – April testing window, your COMPLETE LVT Application must be in the ASBVME Office by February 3rd, 2023.

July-August Testing:

To sit for the VTNE for the July – August testing window, your COMPLETE LVT Application must be in the ASBVME Office by June 2nd, 2023.

November-December Testing:

To sit for the VTNE for the November – December testing window, your LVT Application must be in the ASBVME Office by October 2nd, 2023.

INFORMATION

You must apply with the AAVSB to sit for the VTNE and also apply with this Office so that we can clear you to sit for the VTNE Exam. This is a two step process. Also, we have to have the following before we can clear you to sit for the VTNE:

• LVT Application
• Citizenship Form
• Two headshot photos of yourself
• A copy of your diploma or a letter from the Licensed Veterinary Technician Program in which you graduated from with their school seal on it, stating that you have graduated and the date in which you graduated
• Check or money order in the amount of $100.00 made payable to ASBVME
